What’s the point?
Have you ever been out, wanted to take off your jacket and not known what to do with it? SKAPYA jackets quick convert into a bag which means you don’t have to carry your jacket in your hands, tie it around your waist – or even worse, kept it on and feel uncomfortable.

Why not use a jacket and a back pack?
More often than not, for short trips, walks, runs and bike rides, people are out and about without a bag, and when you want to take your jacket off you have no where to put it. Just like having a hood for the rain – you have a carry system when you need to take your jacket off. If you do have a rucksack – go ahead and put your SKAPYA jacket in it as you would any other. The pocket feature does not have to replace a rucksack, it adds to the flexibility and functionality of your jacket. You’ll never have to take a rucksack with you again just to carry a jacket and a items such as your phone, wallet and keys.

What happens to the bits in the bag?
Whatever you have in the bag stays in the bag as it quickly and easily becomes the pocket of the jacket when you transform between functions.

Does it look weird?
SKAPYA Jackets look awesome, the pocket functionality does not affect the way they look.

Can you feel the straps?
To make the jackets work, only a small piece of fabric and the straps are added, these together weight 70g in the Pioneer Jacket which is designed for heavy use. You can’t feel the straps when you are wearing the jacket, it feels normal – as though you perhaps have a pair of gloves or a dog lead in your pocket. We are working on new designs with even lighter weight straps and storage systems.

I’ve seen these before..
SKAPYA jackets have a patent pending pocket system that means whatever you have in your pocket you can get to when it is a bag and vice versa. This has not been done before.

Anything else?
Can’t decide whether or not to take a jacket out? – SKAPYA jackets solve this problem too – take it as a bag with your phone, wallet, keys in it, if it gets colder or wetter your jacket is with you. Do I need a skapya account?
No, but it might be good to hear about what we are up to once in a while, you will get the odd contact and offer you might be interested in. Also next time you shop with us you won’t have to fill in your information again.

Do I need a PayPal account?
No, PayPal acts as a bank and takes payment from any card.

Will my details be secure?
We do not hold onto any payment details, these are dealt with electronically by PayPal so we never see or have access to your payment details. If you order over the phone payment details are destroyed after your order is processed, any such information being treated in the strictest of confidence as defined by the data protection act.

Why is my password not being accepted?
We’re very sorry that there seems to be a problem with your password. Please re-set your password through the My Account section on the website. A new password will be emailed to you, which can be changed to something more memorable next time you login.

Please ensure that you enter the new password exactly as provided. It is case-sensitive and will not allow login if any of the letters are supplied in a different case. If you are not sure of the characters in your new password, copy and paster the password from the e-mail directly into the password field, making sure you only select the characters of the password without any extra spaces.

Please note that if you have requested more than one reminder password in a short space of time, a new password is generated each time (invalidating the previous one), so please check that you are using the latest password that was generated. If in doubt, wait 15 minutes to allow any pending e-mails to arrive before generating another reminder.

My new password is not working, what should I do?
Please ensure you have copied and pasted the new temporary password from the email we sent you. The password is case sensitive and on occasions doesn’t work if typed in manually. If the password set no longer works, please click on “forgotten password” and a new password will be sent to you in an email. Please copy and paste the password issued to you (ensuring no gaps are either side as it is case sensitive). You can then change your password to something more memorable when you are successfully logged into your account.

What if I forget my password?
Don’t worry, we will still have your email address and other details saved in our system. Please go to the ‘My Account’ section on the website, enter your email address and select the forgotten password option. A temporary password will be sent to you via email, which can be changed to something more memorable next time you log in to your account.

How do I place an order?
The best way to place an order is through our website, if you have any technical problems, get I touch. We’ll do our best to sort your problem out the same day.

How can I change details or cancel an order?

Once your order is placed you are unable to amend it online. If you need to change something, give us a ring and we will try our best to sort it out. We do not store any card details so we can’t add any items to your order without you giving us your card details again.

It usually takes 2-5 days for the order to get to you, depending on the postal service you have chosen. We will usually process your order within 24 hours.
